When they're not leading the team, they're spending some quality time with their daughter, Josie, and new pup, Poppy!

Addie (She/Her)
Addie is pure sunshine in human form, and she brings that energy with her every day.
Outside the shop, Addie is always on the move, she plays tennis and lacrosse! She also appreciates a good piece of jewelry, both silver AND gold!

Allie (She/Her)
Allie has been with Native for an incredible 13 years! She brings heart, humor, and serious design skills to everything she touches.
She also enjoys baking, exploring new places, and sipping something tropical at tiki bars.

Floral Designer, Social Media & Sugarhouse Location Manager
Berlin (She/Her)
Berlin has been a key part of the Native for the past four years, leading our Sugarhouse location with warmth and creativity.
When she's not managing the shop or our social media accounts, she's studying business at the University of Utah and working toward her degree. She also loves music and making pottery.

Erin (She/Her)
Erin is a veteran here at Native working over 13 years intermittently. She has a keen eye for merchandise and decorating, filling the shop with items we all adore.
Outside the shop, she's sewing luxury pillows and quilts for high-end clientele, along with spending time with her two kids and pups.

Gavin (He/Him)
Gavin is the guy making sure your flowers arrive safely and swiftly, and has been for over 4 years!
When he’s not out delivering beautiful blooms, Gavin is behind the camera, capturing shots of luxury cars, and driving a few too.

Operations Mangager & HR
Mikelle (She/Her)
Mikelle joined the team in the summer of 2025 and quickly became the organizational backbone of both our current operations and the processes shaping Native’s future.
Outside of work, Mikelle enjoys hosting dinner parties, exploring new cities with her partner, turning every movie night into a mini film festival review, and spending time with her super cute tuxedo cat.

Shop Assistant
Ransom (They/Them)
Ransom may be one of the newer faces at Native, but they’ve already made a big impact as an imaginative soul and talented artist.
When they’re not in shop, Ransom is usually hanging out with their beloved cats, belting broadway shows, musicals, and plays, or dreaming up their next artistic project.
